Keys to filling out the registration

1. You must attach a current physical. Physical can’t expire during the season. 
2. If you are homeschooled attach grades from the secon quarter and upcoming courses for quarter 3 and 4

The first day of practice for all Conant Middle School sports will be Wednesday Mar. 27. Times and locations will be updated soon.
